The World We Live In Is A Very Emotional Place
Filled With Darkness, Desperation and Hate
Too Many People Feel Helpless And Believe For This World It's Too Late
My Response To Them Is Hit Your Knees And Pray
There Is Only One Way
Seems We Fight It Every Day
We Ignore The Signs God Has Planted Along The Way
So Far From Our Creator Have We Strayed
We Are Repeating Mistakes From The Past
They Are Listed In The Holy Bible To Prevent That
We Rarely Take The Time To Study His Word
Without God The Lines Between Right And Wrong Become Blurred
We Tend To Act On Our Feelings Both Bad And Good
Manipulating Our Feelings Is The Devils Neighborhood
When We Feel Anger, Jealousy, Defeat
That's The Devil Stomping Us Under His Feet
We Need To Develop Emotional Maturity
Too Look Beyond Our Feeling
To Keep Focused On Gods Way
Love And Acceptance With No Price To Pay
Why Do We Insist On Starting Wars And Committing Crimes
When We Have Been Promised A Love That Is Devine
Why Do We Need To Hate And Place The Blame
When The Further We Stray The Hotter The Flame
Forgiveness Is Free And Comes At No Cost
It Restores Spiritual Communications That Have Been Lost
We Have Nothing To Fear From Our Father In Heaven
He Is The Teacher Of Our Greatest Lessons
He Wants Us To Have Peace Love And Joy
Not Filled With A Hate Meant To Destroy
Be Aware Of Your Stinking Thinking And Take Control
Don't Let Your Emotions Take You Places You Don't Want To Go
Yet We Continue To Fight For Reasons Unknown
Because We Sure Can't Take Any Of It With Us When We Go
God Will Not Allow Anything Negative To Live In His House
With Nothing But The Holy Spirt Can The Flames Of Hell Be Doused
So Don't Let Your Emotions Be In Control
Look To God And He Will Show You The Direction To Go
