We Stray From The Lighted Path
Make Mistakes We Can't Take Back
It's A Part Of Life We All Must Face
Daily Trials Testing Our Faith
Our Hearts Get Wounded And Close
We Forget Our God Given Goals
We Close Ourselves Off
We Sneer And Scoff
The Darkness Dims Our Light
We Appear To Forfiet The Fight
Satin Gets Exicted Thinking He's Won
He Forgets We Are The Chosen Ones
Forgets That Deep Inside We Have A Spark
Forgets That Jesus Dwells With In Our Hearts
No Matter How Many Trials Satan Throws In Our Path
Jesus Always Forgives Us And Welcomes Us Back
Each Pain, Each Trial We've Faced We Wear Like A Badge
Each Represents A Well Learned Lesson From Our Past
Something We Triumphed Over And We Never Look Back
They Strengthen Our Faith In Jesus To Step In Where We Lack
Don't Let Fear Consume You In This Life
Jesus Guides Us Through Every Strife
No Matter How Thick The Darkness He Shines His Light
So That Of Us, His Most Precious Posession He Never Loses Sight
