Have You Ever Wondered About God , Do You Believe
What Prevents You From Being Able To See
Has Your Life Been A Constant Struggle Full Of Negativity
Mine Too Has Been Full Of Cruel Cold Miseries
It Seems My Whole Life Someone Was Always Being Mean
No Matter What I Did I Was Not Accepted For Reasons I Could Not See
People Plotted To Hurt And Belittle My Feelings, To Laugh At My Pain
I Learned To Withdraw Inside Myself And Hide Within My Shame
Then I Began To Realize There Was A Reason All I Have Survived
If My Life Had Been Happy And Perfect I Would Have Never Realized
The Lord Carried Me Through All Of That Strife
So That One Day I Could Place The Proper Value On Having Him In My Life
So That I Could Truly Appreciate The Glorious Love That He Has Shown To Me
Even When I Wasn't Aware, Even When I Was Consumed In Misery
My Father Carried Me Through And Gave Me His Strength To Survive
He Didn't Let Me Give Up And He Refused To Let My Spirit Die
When I Finally Began To See, His Spirit Entered Me
He Opened My Eyes And Now I Can Truly See
Our Fathers Love Is The Greatest Gift I Have Ever Received
I Try To Share It With Everyone I Meet
If You Find Yourself Feeling Down And Out
Look To The Higher Power And Give Him A Shout
He Will Answer Your Call And Lead You From The Dark
He Will Heal Your Heart, From Him You Will Never Again Want To Depart
