Easter Celebration

Today We Celebrate Our Lord And Savior Jesus Christ
Today We Remember And Honor All That He Sacrificed
He Gave His Life's Blood So We Could Be Washed Clean
So That No Matter How Far We Fall From Grace We Can Be Redeemed
I Think Of How Jesus Suffered, How The Night Before To His Father He Cried Out
Asking If There Was Another Way, Yet His Faith Remained Devout
He Knew His Fathers Will Must Be Done, As He Knew He Was The Chosen One
For Our Eternal Lives Our Father Sacrificed His One And Only Son
I Cannot Imagine The Pain He Endured As He Hung Up On That Cross
Nor Can I Imagine The Despair His Followers Felt, Thinking All Was Lost
My Heart However Sings With Joy That From Death He Did Indeed Rise
Proving Once And For All There Is Eternal Life
Everything He Went Through Was So That We Can Be Forgiven
I'm So Thankful That Jesus Came Here And Faithfully Completed His Mission
I'm Also Thankful That He Lives On Inside Our Hearts
That He Hears Our Prayers And Heals Our Wounds Turning Them Into Beautiful Scars
From His Healing Presence No One Is Ever Turned Away
No Matter Your Sin, No Matter How Far From Him You Stray
A Sincere Heart Is Always Forgiven And Lovingly Wrapped In His Grace
That's Why He Died, That's Why He Rose, That's Why We Celebrate
