Watching Parade Floats, Marching Bands, Tractors And Shiny Cars Pass By One By One
Children Scampering For Candy On The Hard Baked Street
Racing To Pick Up The Scattered Sugary Treats
Soon The Parade Is Over And Its On To The Family Barbecue
With Games And Laughter To Be Had The Whole Day Through
Then Just As Lightning Bugs Appear And Darkness Begins To Fall
Everyone Packs Up Their Lawn Chairs For The Best Show Of All
Swatting Mosquitos And Trying To Get Comfortable On The Grass
The First Boom Rings Out As Colors Light The Sky Bringing About Delighted Gasps
The Show Is Lengthy And Holds Everyone Amazed
As The Dazzling Colors Explode Across The Sky In A Glorious Blaze
When The Show Is Over Parents Pack Up Sleepy Children To Take Home To
Bed
As Dreams Of Parades And Fire Works Dance In Their Heads
One Nation Under God ,Indivisible With Liberty And Justice For All
On This Day We Honor Our Hero's Through Out History Who Have Answered America's Call
Lets Us Not Forget To Give Glory To Our Father Above
For None Of This Would Be Possible Without His Blessings Of Unconditional Love
