I Have Truly Been Humbled By Our Saviors Powerful Presence
Any Lingering Doubts I May Have Had Are No Longer Present
He Answered My Most Feverish Prayers
When I Needed Him Most He Was There
For Years I Had Accepted My Fathers Fate As My Own
I Have Walked In His Foot Steps For Many Years , Lost And Alone
A Heavy Smoker, A Diabetic, And Other Health Issues Unbeknown
I Wanted To Change Things But How I Did Not Know
With No Insurance, Leaving Mike Buried In Debt Was A Constant Fear
So I Largely Tried To Ignore It And Adopt An Attitude That Seemed Cavalier
As I Silently Prayed For Jesus To Lead Me And Make My Path Clear
I Put All My Faith In Him As My Symptoms Gradually Became More Severe
He Was Listening And Working Quietly As I Continued To Plead My Case
He Made Circumstances Arise That Made It Impossible For Me To Wait
He Stood Beside Me As I Entered The Hospital And Had Heart Stentz Put In Place
He Reassured Me Every Step Of The Way As I Continued To Lean On Him And Pray
He's Given Me The Strength For Many Things In My Life To Change
He's Shown Me He Isn't Done With Me Yet And He's Leading The Way
He's Shown Me How To Love Myself And Given Me A Much Deeper Faith
He's Given Me The Gift Of Looking Forward To Each New Day
Today I Feel Better Then I Have In Many Years
He Stepped In When I Called And Helped Me Face My Fears
I'm On The Mend Now And Determined To See It Through
My Faith Has Reached A Deeper Level And Once Again Thru Christ I'm Renewed
