So Many People Hurting In This World So Vast
Locked Up In The Heavy Chains Of The Past
Believing They're Not Good Enuff To Deserve True Happinesss
So Mired Down Believeing They Truely Do Deserve Less
Shaped Into This Mold By Abusive People And Life Events
The Good Times Are Fleeting And Always Soon To End
They Wonder How Others Can Be So Happy And Care Free
They Remain Deaf To Jesus's Gently Spoken Plea, "Child, Come Follow Me "
Too Many Angry Voices In Their Heads
Distracting Them From Where They Are Meant To Be Led
Jesus Waits Patiently For Them To Step From The Darkness And Look To Him Instead
He's Waiting To Love Them And Lead Them Safely Away From The Spiritually Dead
He Lovingly Watches Over Them As They Struggle Thru Life
Helping Them Through The Dangers Silently, Always By Their Side
If Only They Would Give Up Thier Single Handed Fight
Take A Deep Breath, Turn To Our Father And Realize
They Only Need To Ask To Recieve
The Love He's Held For Them Since He First Planted Their Seed
He Is The Mighty Creator Of You And Me
He Created The World And The Very Air We Breathe
He's Watching And Waiting For You To Realize It's Him That You Need
Jesus Loves Every One Of His Lost Little Sheep
For Your Pain And Misery Our Father Does Weep
For Until You Repent And Acknowelge Your Need, Your Burden He Cannot Ease
