Here We Are Again Father At Three O Clock In The Morning
My Mind Is Open To Your Words Of Wisdom, My Thoughts Are Swarming
Remembering All Of My Transgressions And All Your Wondrous Blessings I Have Received
Even Now I Feel You Lifting Me Up And I Am Filled With The Beauty Of Your Love For Me
I Think Of How You Took A Shy Neglected Little Girl And How You Watched Over Her From Above
Every Time She Was Struck Down You Reached Out And Gave Her The Will To Go On, Gave Her Your Love
Even When She Was Lost And Of Your Help Unaware
It Did Not Matter , You Still Reached Out And Gave Her Your Care
When Things In Her Life Became Too Hard For Even You To Watch Her Bare
You Brought In Another Of Your Struggling Children To Build A Life With Her To Share
You Blessed Them With Love And Two Beautiful Baby Girls To Raise
Now Two Wonderful Young Women With Lives Of Their Own Who Also Give You Praise
When Her Marriage Began To Fail You Watched As She Floundered And Made Many Painful Mistakes
You Listened As She Cried Out Wondering How To Fix Things, Trying On Her Own To Find Her Way
She Prayed Often , But She Didn't Pray To Be Led By You
She Prayed For Things She Thought She Wanted That Were Not Good For Her Or Even True
Finally One Day When Thought She'd Finally Figured It Out
She Was Ready To Move On And All Her Troubles Leave In The Dust On The Ground
She Was Going To Run Away And Bury All Of Her Self Doubt
You Once Again Poured Out Your Love And This Time Her Heart Answered When You Reached Out
She Hit Her Knee's Sobbing Out To You All Of Her Regret
Please Forgive Me Was Her Constant Plea As She Began To Repent
I Never Realized She Cried, Then Asked , Is There Still Time For Me Yet?
And You Replied With A Joyous Breath, Oh My Child, Yes!
From That Moment On She Became Peaceful In Her Heart
Determined With The Lords Help To Fix The Area's In Her Life That Were Falling Apart
She Looked At Her Marriage With New Sight And Realized She Shared Much Blame For What They Had Become
How Could She Have Drifted Away From The Gift Of His Love, God Chose Him For Her, He Was The One
She Realized There Was A Reason For Everything She Had Survived
The Lord Had Brought Her Through It All, He Was Right By Her Side
Her Life Wasn't Perfect By Any Means, But Then It Was Never Promised To Be
As She Realized All Of These Things Jesus Spoke Again And Said Simply, Lean On Me
She Began By Telling Everyone Of Her New Found Faith
She Stood Up Under Their Scrutiny And Didn't Back Down To Save Face
She Savored This Newfound Gift Of Gods Grace
She Guarded It Close And Protected It From Those Eager To Cause Her To Doubt And Fall On Her Face
She Knew How Differently She Felt, And She Knew Who Had Bestowed On Her This Greatest Gift
No One Was Going To Come Between Her And Her Faith, No One Could Tell Her Any Different
Then Jesus Faithful And True Led Her To A Church Full Of Wonderful People Filled With His Loving Brilliance
They Welcomed Her With Kindness And Love And It Was Unlike Anything She Had Ever Experienced
Father, Thank You From The Depth Of My Soul For Leading Myself And Mike
We Are Still Healing And We Bask Daily In Your Loving Light
Please Continue To Watch Over Us And All Our Family And Friends , Believers And Non Believers Alike
